Kay LombardoMy name is Kay Lombardo and I have the pleasure to work with the Tias Nimbas part-time students.

I give them ongoing support with their personal development during their MBA by addressing the questions “Where am I at present?”; “Where do I want to be?” and “How can I achieve my goals?”

Jobs are more complex and often a different set of skills is  needed, both on a technical level and a personal level.

Students will acquire technical skills in the MBA courses, but equally as important are personal skills that can be honed through the PDP process.  By helping students set personal goals and coaching them on how to attain them, students will be in a better position to contribute  to their work and attain satisfaction at the same time.

Eva official photo 08Dear prospective MBA Students,

My name is Dr.Eva Niemann and as the Head of Office of TiasNimbas Bonn I wish you a warm welcome to TiasNimbas Business School.

I have been involved in the German MBA-Market for over a decade now, and with great pleasure I have seen many excited new students enter the programme and many happy graduants leave TiasNimbas with a big smile after the 2-year study period of our MBA programme in Bonn.

I learned from my experience that it is the fact that these students have been working on reaching their full potential during the programme, that makes it so rewarding for them, next to achieving such a renowned MBA degree.

Our internationally accredited MBA programme has been able to attract a large number of talented and open-minded students over the past decade. I am convinced that with the long experience of TiasNimbas, you will also be able to benefit from the peronal support during our programme, which will help you grow both personally as well as professionally.

I look forward to meeting you personally on one of the upcoming MBA- Information Sessions throughout Germany.

In addition, I am also eager  to learn more about you and your personal motivation to start an MBA when we meet for the official intake-interview, which Yumi will schedule for all of you who have decided to hand in their application form.

And who knows: once you have finished your MBA-study, you may feel you still haven’t had enough and would even be eager to continue joining my DBA-Programme, of which I am the Director and which will guide you on your way to your degree as a Doctor of Business Administration.

IMG_2043Today I am delighted to introduce you to the Part-Time MBA Bonn Programme Manager, Ariane Heinemann.

As the programme manager, Ariane provides a lot of support for all the students during the two-year study period.

With her very open-minded, warm-hearted and hands-on character, Ariane is the perfect person to organise and hold together all those important strings in the administrative process of this programme.

In addition, students find in her a loyal supporter who helps them on their journey
through this intense period of their PT MBA programme.

For those of you who are interestested in following a Part-Time MBA programme, you can also meet Ariane personally during a sit-in-class. It gives you the opportunity to meet our current students and get an impression of the lectures.
